Shipping

The Pete Store, Inc. and its subsidiaries exclusively use UPS for delivery. All orders are reviewed for accuracy before leaving our warehouse. Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and Friday after 2 p.m., typically will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.

If you have special shipping requirements, please contact us so we can accommodate you. It is your responsibility to inspect and verify the accuracy and condition of your order upon receipt. All claims of shortages or damage must be made within 48 hours of delivery, or you will be deemed to have unconditionally accepted the shipment as a whole.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase The Pete Store would be happy to accept a return.

· Items may be returned within 15 days after you receive the item.

· Items must be returned to us in new, unused condition, and be in original packaging.

· Shipping fees and gift wrap fees are non-refundable.

· For free shipping offers, actual shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

· Personalized items or custom made items are not refundable or exchangeable.

· Please contact us within one week of receipt of a non-returnable item to report any defects.

You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct, and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.

Controlling Law and Venue
It is understood and agreed that all the construction and interpretation of these Terms of Use and the relationship between the parties shall at all times and in all respects be governed by the internal laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to the conflict of laws provisions thereof. Venue of any action brought to enforce or relating to these Terms of Use or arising out of the relationship between the parties shall be brought exclusively in the Knoxville County District Court or the United States District Court for the District of Tennessee.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the subject matter contained in this agreement and supersedes all previous and contemporaneous agreements, proposals and communications, written or oral. Please allow up to two billing cycles to see your credit on your statement.
